These Terms of Service apply when you use the IZWI online store or purchase products from us. By placing an order, you agree to these terms together with our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy and Returns & Refunds policy.
Products
We aim to describe and display our products accurately. Product images may differ slightly from the item received because of screen settings, photography or production changes.
IZWI personal alarms are designed to help draw attention through an audible and visible alert. They do not guarantee personal safety, prevent violence or contact emergency services. Always follow the supplied charging, use and care instructions and keep an activated alarm away from ears.
Prices and payment
Store prices are shown in South African rand (ZAR) unless stated otherwise. The price shown at checkout is the amount payable for the selected product or offer, subject to any valid discount applied at checkout.
Orders and availability
Submitting an order does not guarantee fulfilment if stock or supplier availability unexpectedly becomes unavailable. If we cannot fulfil an accepted order, we will contact you and provide the remedy required by applicable law.
Shipping
IZWI currently offers free tracked delivery within South Africa. Orders are typically dispatched within 3–6 business days, with delivery usually taking approximately 2–3 business days after dispatch depending on location and carrier conditions.
Returns and refunds
Defective or materially non-conforming goods reported within 30 days of delivery are eligible for a full refund once the defect is confirmed, subject to our Returns & Refunds policy. This store commitment does not reduce any additional rights available under applicable South African consumer law.
Acceptable use
You may not misuse the store, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorised access, submit fraudulent orders or use the site in violation of applicable law.
Intellectual property
Unless otherwise stated, the IZWI name, branding, original website copy, graphics and other store content are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws and may not be reproduced for commercial use without permission.
Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, IZWI is not responsible for indirect or consequential loss arising solely from use of the website or products. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability or consumer rights where doing so would be unlawful.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of South Africa, subject to any mandatory consumer protections that apply.
