IZWI currently offers free tracked delivery within South Africa.
Dispatch and delivery
Orders are typically dispatched within 3–6 business days. After dispatch, delivery usually takes approximately 2–3 business days, depending on your location and the carrier.
These are estimated timeframes rather than guaranteed delivery dates. Carrier disruptions, public holidays, address issues and other circumstances outside our reasonable control can cause delays.
Tracking
Tracking information will be sent once your order has been dispatched and tracking is available from the carrier.
Delivery addresses
Please check your delivery details carefully before completing checkout. If you notice an error, contact us through our Contact page as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed once an order has entered fulfilment.
Delivery problems
If tracking has not updated for an unusual period, your parcel appears lost, or your order arrives damaged, please contact IZWI support with your order number so we can investigate.
